I understand this course is 5-weeks, and only takes an average of 10-15 minutes to learn each morning/evening.

I can make this time available, because I am committing to this program, and to myself.

I understand my results will drastically increase by doing my daily "Quick-Notes" (journal log) in under 5-minutes each evening (the program will send me an automatic text/email, all I have to do is respond).
